Anne Hessaltine Graham-Tinker-( DNA-BAYLESS-Part 1)

Today I have decided to start a new series of posts. I will be adding a new page here on this blog as well. Since my husband has a Non Paternal Event somewhere in his line I have decided that one of the best ways to keep this organized is to post my findings here on my blog. That way I can share it with my readers. I also feel that doing so might help other descendants of this line. As I firmly feel that other descendants from this direct line probably match the FANCHER family as well.

In today`s post I am going to focus on my husbands Paternal 2nd Great Grandmother one Anne Hessaltine GRAHAM daughter of John GRAHAM and Mary BAYLESS. She married one Phillip Parks Sr TINKER son of James Abraham TINKER and Nancy PARKS.


DNA testing has proven that Anne is indeed my husbands 2nd Great Grandmother which makes us believe the Non Paternal event was either likely further back in time than we first anticipated or he actually descends from a TINKER female verses a TINKER male. I am going to share all of his DNA matches that connect him to Anne GRAHAM and her ancestors.

We will start with the BAYLESS descendants. As I stated above Anne`s mother was one Mary BAYLESS (1811-1898) she was the daughter of one Ruben BAYLESS (1786-1860) and Elizabeth MOORE (1780-1860) now Ruben was the son of one Samuel Gilbert BAYLESS (1751-1825) & Mary NODDING (1753-1810) (they were Anne`s Great Grandparents).

The above match turned out to be a 5th Cousin, once removed. She shares the Most Recent Common Ancestor in that of Samuel Gilbert BAYLESS & Mary NODDING.

 

Above is her family line that leads back to Samuel Gilbert BAYLESS. The next match below is also a descendant of Samuel Gilbert BAYLESS.

 

Above is his family line that leads back to Samuel Gilbert BAYLESS & Mary NODDING. This match is also a 5th Cousin, once removed.

 The above cousin is estimated to have been a 4th to remote cousin, he turned out to be a 6th cousin, once removed.

The above match connects to Daniel BAYLESS, Daniel is the father of the above Samuel Gilbert BAYLESS and he is Anne`s 2nd Great Grandfather.
