Sarah Delilah "Sallie" Tinker-Phillips Missing Child

Sarah "Sallie" Delilah TINKER was the daughter of Phillip Parks SR TINKER and wife Anne Hessaltine GRAHAM. Sarah was born about 1870 in Washington County, Tennessee.
Sarah was my husbands Great Grand Aunt. She married one Jessee Barton PHILLIPS a son of Jessee Farris PHILLIPS and Margaret Lyndsey DYKES.
I actually stumbled upon this clue a few months ago but I never followed up on it as I was certain my husbands Non Paternal Event had occured much closer in time. But now that I am beginning to gain an understanding of how this all works, I thought I would revisit it again and see if there is anything here that might help us in our endeavor.
I find Aunt Sallie very interesting. My interest in her is actually one of a two fold nature. I will explain what I mean by that statement here. In knowing what I know about my husband Y-DNA ancestors they were from Overton County, Tennessee before going into Northwest Arkansas. Aunt Sallie was residing for a time in McMinn County, Tennessee which is about 2 hours, 5 minutes from Overton via today's map.

Where is Sallies Missing Child or better yet Who was Sallies, missing Child?

In 1900 Sallie and her husband Jessee were living in McMinn, Tennessee. As you can see from the screen shot below, Sallie states she is the mother of six (6) children, four (4) of which are presently living.

Source Citation: Year: 1900; Census Place: Civil District 16, McMinn, Tennessee; Roll: 1585; Page: 1A; Enumeration District: 0088; FHL microfilm: 1241585.
As you can see they state they were married in 1891 which means by 1900 they had been married a total of Nine (9) years. The amount of children born to Sarah is listed above.

There have only been three (3) Children mentioned or named on each and every census I have located for this couple. Nothing has been mentioned about a fourth child, anywhere that I have been able to find, other than this one 1900 Census.

I have made it my new mission to try and track down any trace of this missing child, the sooner, the better. Now, on to the two fold interest that I have with Sarah. If you check the page that I have sat up here for the DNA project you notice that my husband has a lot of ties to the JARNIGAN family. Namely Richard FANCHER and Sarah JARNIGAN. Living three houses down from Sarah Delilah Sallie TINKER and her husband Jessee, in 1940, were members of the JARNIGAN family. I am not certain if they are related to the above mentioned Sarah JARNIGAN-FANCHER or not, but it was a coincidence that I could not ignore at this point in time and it bears further research.I will be looking into this JARNIGAN family and seeing if they tie in somehow as well.

Now, given the birth dates she has recorded for her children 1892, 1895, 1900. My husbands Paternal Grandfather was born in January of 1894, so Sarah would certainly have been old enough to have given birth to him. It is my firm belief that this NPE occurred from a TINKER female as he is showing autosomal DNA matches to this same line.   My question is this. Could Sarah have possibly been the mother of Walter TINKER? If that turns out to be the case then I need to find the appropriate FANCHER male contributor. This scenario would certainly explain what I believe DNA is showing me at this point in time. Keep in mind this is only a tentative hypothesis at this point.
