Van was the son of my Great-Grand Aunt one Julie Ann CLICK she and my Grandmother Rachael ACORD were half-sisters. They had the same mother in that of Elizabeth WRIGHT. Van Dalie`s father was one Preston W. CLICK, the first husband of Elizabeth WRIGHT.
Van was born 11 November, 1888 in New Madrid, New Madrid, Missouri. He married one Ida WEBB, a daughter of George and Elizabeth WEBB.
Cousin Van and his wife Ida had two children that I can account for. A daughter named Delsie and a son named Alfred. Van`s father was Amos R. ACORD. Amos and I are also cousins. His parents were Hamilton ACORD and Sarah LAMBERT. Momma always called his daddy "Uncle Ham ACORD" he was my grandmother Rachel ACORD`s older brother.
Van had one brother: Wade Clifford ACORD.
